How do I place an order at menversestore.com?  
To place an order, start by navigating through the menu or using the filter and search options. Click on
a shirt or accessory to view its details, then select your preferred color, fit, and size (for shirts) before
adding it to your cart by clicking “Shop Now.” If you're uncertain about your size or preferences,
please refer to our Fit Guide. Continue browsing until you’re ready to check out. To proceed, click the
shopping bag icon in the top right corner and follow the straightforward instructions to review your
order, enter your delivery address, and select your payment method. We encourage you to create an
account for a more personalized shopping experience, although guest check-out is always available.
Throughout the process, you can view your cart contents and total cost. Once you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation page displaying your order number.


I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?  
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process, located under the summary of your
order.


How will I know if my order has been received?  
We will send you a confirmation email detailing your ordered items and selected payment method.


Can I change or cancel my order?  
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it directly. However, please
contact us for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted on menversestore.com?  
At Menverse, we prioritize safety and convenience for our payment options. We accept secure debit

Additionally, we offer other local payment methods, which can be found during checkout under

How much does shipping cost?  
Shipping fees may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.


Can I use a gift card?  
Currently, we do not offer or accept gift cards as a form of payment.


3. DELIVERIES


How can I track my order?  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking
number. Click on the tracking link to monitor your order. If you do not receive a shipping
confirmation, please reach out to us with your order number for assistance.

What is your delivery time?  
- Pakistan: 5-7 business days for ready sizes;
-10-12 business days for custom sizes.  
- All other countries: 15-17 business days.
We process, pack, and ship orders placed before (GMT+5) on business days the same day. Orders
placed later or on weekends or special occasions will be shipped the next business day. Please be
aware of potential delays during peak periods, such as sales.


Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?  
In most cases, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new delivery
address. Ensure you use the email associated with your order to maintain security.


What should I do if the delivery company cannot deliver my order?  
Please contact the delivery company directly for assistance. They typically make two to three delivery
attempts before returning your order to us.


Why haven’t I received my order?  
If there is a delay, we will make every effort to contact you with an updated delivery date. Please note
that high-demand periods may extend delivery times. If you have any questions about your order, feel
free to reach out to us.


Can I have my order delivered to an address outside my country?  
Yes, simply select the desired shipping country while shopping. You can still use your account for this
process.


4. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


Please note below mentioned right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business
transactions.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you are entitled to request a return or exchange.
Please ensure that you contact us in within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify us of the issue.
Your written request should clearly state the reason for the return or exchange. After 24 hours, we may not be able to process the request, so timely communication is essential.
Non-Returnable Items:
There are certain items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. These
include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-made items that are tailored to your specifications
  • Oversized items
  • Hazardous materials

Additionally, any product that has been used, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return or exchange. Items that show signs of wear, such as stains, body odors, perfume scents, or any visible damage (e.g., marks, water stains) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

What is the refund time?
Once Menverse receives your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. If you are
returning only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the items returned.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, such as ordering a different size, you
will need to return the original product in unused condition and place a new order for the desired
item. Shipping cost in case of exchange will be paid by the customer. Items ordered in sale and
customized for you will not be exchanged

5. ASSORTMENT


Do you offer extra-long sleeves or big-and-tall shirts?
In addition to our standard sleeve length we offer shirts with extra long sleeve,
meaning that the sleeves and the length of the shirt is 5 cm/2” longer. Visit our size
guide for more information about the sleeve length on your size.


I have lost a button — how can I get hold of more?
If you've lost a button from your Menverse, we recommend reaching out to us for
assistance. Please place a new request for the button, and include a photo of the
type of button you need along with a picture, This will help us identify your shirt
accurately. Don’t forget to provide your full name and address as well. We're here to
help get your shirt back to its best condition.

Paying extra attention to how you wash and take care of your clothes will not only
prolong their life length, but also help minimize their environmental impact.

6. CUSTOM MADE


Can I personalize or customize my shirt?
Yes, most definitely: our Custom Made service is an easy-to-use service available on
menversestore.com

Online, we offer an essential C.M. service package that includes the possibility to: •
Adjust the length of the shirt body and/or the sleeves • Choose your own choice of
collar and/or cuffs • Add a personalized monogram.
You will be charged with an extra amount for customized shirt.

How long will it take to receive my Custom Made shirt?
Your custom shirt will be tailored to your specifications and is expected to be
delivered within 10 to 12 working days.


What happens if I order Custom Made shirts and off-the-shelf shirts at the same time?
We will deliver your standard shirt first within our standard delivery period (5-7
business days), and your Custom Made shirt in a second delivery within 10-12
working days, which includes time to sew your custom shirt.


Can I return a Custom Made shirt?
According to distance contracts, your right to return is not valid when an item is
specially produced after your preferences. Every Custom Made shirt is unique. With
this in mind.
