Return/Exchange Policy
Please note below mentioned right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you are entitled to request a return or exchange.
Please ensure that you contact us in within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify us of the issue.
Your written request should clearly state the reason for the return or exchange. After 24 hours, we may not be able to process the request, so timely communication is essential.
Non-Returnable Items:
There are certain items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:
- Custom-made items that are tailored to your specifications
- Oversized items
- Hazardous materials
Additionally, any product that has been used, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return or exchange. Items that show signs of wear, such as stains, body odors, perfume scents, or any visible damage (e.g., marks, water stains) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
What is the refund time?
Once Menverse receives your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. If you are returning only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the items returned.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, such as ordering a different size, you will need to return the original product in unused condition and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping cost in case of exchange will be paid by the customer. Items ordered in sale and customized for you will not be exchanged.
