These general terms apply to all purchases made through Menverse's online store (e-commerce).
By using menversestore.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this
document. Please make sure you have read and understood these conditions before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your order will apply, as displayed on menversestore.com.

2. ORDERING

At Menverse, we prioritize secure payment methods and dependable deliveries. Once we receive your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
A binding agreement between you and Menverse is established when we send you the order confirmation via email, and these general terms and conditions are part of that agreement. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions. If you agree to our proposed alternative, the agreement will become binding.


Shop with confidence and the option to cancel
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order. To do so, please contact Menverse and provide your order number. We must receive your cancellation request before the order has been packed or shipped.

3. COLOR REPRODUCTION

We strive to ensure that the product images displayed on menversestore.com accurately represent the
color and other features of our products. However, since color display may vary depending on your
monitor or screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your screen will perfectly
match the actual product.

4. PAYMENT

At Menverse, we are committed to providing you with the most convenient and secure payment
options. You can find the available payment methods listed in the "FAQs" section.

5. FULFILLMENT

Menverse will begin processing your order as soon as you receive your order confirmation. We fulfill our
part of the agreement once the ordered products are delivered and in your possession. You, as the
customer, complete your part of the agreement by receiving the products and making the payment as
agreed.

6. SHIPPING COSTS:

Free standard delivery across Pakistan on all orders. For international shipping, fees vary by destination; however, orders above 400 USD qualify for free worldwide delivery
 

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note below mentioned right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you are entitled to request a return or exchange.
Please ensure that you contact us in within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify us of the issue.
Your written request should clearly state the reason for the return or exchange. After 24 hours, we may
not be able to process the request, so timely communication is essential.
Non-Returnable Items:
There are certain items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-made items that are tailored to your specifications
  • Oversized items
  • Hazardous materials

Additionally, any product that has been used, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return
or exchange. Items that show signs of wear, such as stains, body odors, perfume scents, or any visible
damage (e.g., marks, water stains) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any return that
does not meet these conditions.

Refund Time:
Once Menverse receives your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. If you are returning only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the items returned.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, such as ordering a different size, you will need to return the original product in unused condition and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping cost in case of exchange will be paid by the customer. Items ordered in sale and customized for you will not be exchanged.

8. COMPLAINTS

As a private customer, you have the right to file a complaint if the product you purchased is defective.
This includes any defects present when you received the product or damage that occurred during transportation. A product may also be considered defective if it does not match what was agreed upon or if it has other faults. However, damage caused by you after receiving the product is not covered under this complaint policy.


If you wish to make a complaint, it is your responsibility to prove that the defect existed when the
product was delivered. For this reason, Menverse recommends thoroughly inspecting your items upon
delivery and reporting any defects as soon as possible. We prioritize quality and your satisfaction with
our products.


When a product is found to be defective, you are entitled to have the issue corrected or receive a replacement. In some cases, you may be entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. If your complaint is accepted, Menverse will cover all costs associated with the return, including shipping fees for defective products. Please note that you should always aim to minimize any costs involved in the complaint process.
